BIM Manger

1. The candidate must be from either an Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical or Quantity Surveying background 
2. The candidate must hold an appropriate industry recognized, professional qualification 
3. Knowledge of the construction industry and current building regulations is vital 
4. A working knowledge of multidisciplinary working practices and interdependencies is fundamental Good all round technical knowledge Good client facing skills 
5. Ability to manage consultants scope and budgets 
6. Good presentation skills IT: 
7.  AutoDesk Revit AutoDesk Navisworks Microsoft Office Excel Microsoft Office PowerPoint Microsoft Office Word Microsoft Projects Adobe Acrobat AutoCAD (2013 minimum)

Salary: £400,000.00 /year
